This Saturday I’m playing my first solo semi-acoustic set at the three-day Hillstock Fest. I’ll be playing the BBQ show with a tambourine taped to my foot and sleigh bells round my ankles with the awesome Honey Dos and a whole slew of other great bands. I was at Hillstock last year for Grass Widow and German Measles and had an excellent time. Am excited but also nervous! You can download a rad “2010 Mix Tape” of all the bands.

They’re super silly and sweet girls. The last HoneyDos/Beachniks/Sea Lions show had me goofy-foot drunk at dude mansion with someone kindly putting me in a cab at 4am. Thanks Wenjay for asking us to play.
